Hemorrhoid, No Easy Cure

Despite the wealth of information online boasting miracle hemorrhoid cure, there is no easy cure for this condition which affects 1 in 26 Americans. Hemorrhoids are considered cured when they disappear. Many over the counter treatments, herbal remedies and surgeries can make the hemorrhoids disappear only to have these bothersome blood vessels swell and aggravate all over again a few months later. This is due to poor health and lifestyle. The only way to reduce the risk of hemorrhoids permanently is to maintain a healthy lifestyle with a diet rich in fiber from fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains and nuts. A healthy diet combined with daily exercise will do a lot to minimize the chances of hemorrhoids flaring up. However, no matter how fit and healthy you are, hemorrhoids can occur in anyone at any age. There are many ways to effectively treat hemorrhoids but there is no miracle cure to prevent them from ever reoccurring.
